Screw-Server/Presenter

The SS-8AX Screw-Server, an industrial quality, high capacity, screw presenting machine, economically fills the gap between manual screw handling or shaker trays, and blow-tube automatic screwfeeding and driving systems. It can be configured for screws or nuts, without length/diameter ratio limitations. A small footprint (7.5 x 12 inches) and a low pick up point (6.5 inches) for better ergonomics enable the unit to be used in multiple locations in an assembly area. The operator simply places a magnetic bit or vacuum chuck into the guide and picks out a correctly oriented fastener every time! The Screw-Server comes complete with an 8″ diameter fiberoptic-controlled vibratory feeder.
